Protean is seeking tissue and matched blood from individuals with various smoking histories from all NSCLC cancer stages, including individuals who have treatment history. Smoking and alcohol consumption information must be known. Fresh tissue is preferred but frozen samples may be acceptable depending on processing protocol.

North American locations preferred.

Protean is seeking FFPE or DNA samples that have known positive, indetermined, and negative HRD scores. All samples require at least 100 ng of DNA.
